constantly super delayed service up to 45 min during lunch hours. poor coordination among crew members. they run out of water bottle and push customers to choose other drinks rather than refund

Ordered 2 hamburgers and paid extra dollar for cheese but got nothing. The quality of BK hamburger cannot be compared with MacD's cheeseburger. $4 is very expensive for 2 pieces of buns and 1 thin slice of meat with NO cheese. Very dry.

There's no receipt came out from their front machine, when there's crowdy then how does customer know when will his order is ready? This is not the first time so there's no 5 star review here. (:

This is one of the better BKs in south central Singapore. Much better run than the other BK I reviewed a year ago. This BK is roomy, spacious, kept clean, has good ventilation, basically the Dolby Gott mall's very good ventilation. The food is freshly made, not taken out of a steamer. Onion rings are light colored, not the refried ones at the other BK. Everything is up to spec in this BK. WSR
